General:

Syntax may seem confusing - Questions are purposely asked in a circuitous or ambiguous manner. Many questions are difficult to read and make sense of on the exam. They may do it in a more gramatical way on exam, but the quizzer teaches the process of trying to figure out what the question is asking.

Some questions have more than one answer, you will see check boxes when more than one is possible. For example -
