We are going through a great deal of changes this year and wanted to tell you about them.
xMS fever. LMS, CMS, WMS-
We are updating all of our systems to automated management systems. I hope we can do better customer service by Customer relationship management. Better delivery of services with out learning management systems. It is going to take up our whole first quarter.
We decided to do an accounting makeover with online payment, we have always taken credit cards now we can take them online or off line if you prefer.
We are adding new certifications this year to our training offerings.
In the first quarter we will have a Certified Ethical Hacker online, it will have an iphone quizzer app.
We are working with a few people to bring you CISM, ITIL, GCIH, GCIA, ISSAP, ISSMP, CSSLP, CAP, SSCP,and many more.
